Moon walk

Radio Mast - Constantiaberg Well, our training schedule is done for the year but who can resist the alure of the full moon. Lion's Head on the full moon is no longer an option - there are so many tourists, it's a bit like walking up Adderley Street on New Year's day. Chris thought it might be nice to do something a bit different so we met at the top of Ou Kaapse Weg and walked up to the radio mast on Constantiaberg. What a wonderful hike, my photographic abilities could not do the sunset over Hout Bay justice though. Of course I had to go and prove how tough I am and performed a spectacular technical sit down with a left twist and roll into the bush - basically I went arse over tit and ended up in the bushes with a sprained ankle.
